Shortages / damages

All shortages or damages must be reported in writing within 3 working days of receipt. After this time any claim cannot be made.

Returns

No items will be accepted as a return unless damaged and explicitly agreed in advance. Items returned without prior agreement will not be refunded. We do not operate a sale or return policy.
